Prohibited Use of Services

Expedite Software has a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from you, the sender.

• You must actively manage and process unsubscribe requests within ten days;
• Email messages must not generate spam complaints or bounce rates above industry standards.
